Make Your Foreign Currency Transfers from Creditwest Bank account;

Foreign transfers may be made at any one of our branches and through internet banking.

The account number / IBAN (International Bank Account Number) of the recipient is necessary for foreign currency transfers.

The details below must be provided accurately and in full for your transfer to take place without delay and for payment to be made to the recipient. This information may be provided using the Foreign Currency Transfer Request Form.

Necessary information for a transfer

• Recipient Name and Surname/Company Name
• The country of the recipient
• Recipient Account Number / IBAN
• Recipient Bank Name or Code (SWIFT/BIC/ ABA/ Sort Code etc.)
• Foreign Transfer Charges Payee (Sender / Recipient)

In European Union member states the IBAN is widely used instead of the account number. For transfers to these countries, ask the recipient for their IBAN.

Please be aware that the cut-off time for any international payments (Swift) is 13:00 for the same day value. Transfer orders made after 13.00 will be reach to the recipient account within one working day.

The following information is necessary in order to receive foreign currency transfers from other banks to your accounts. When sending funds to us, please ensure that you include the full name and account number of the receiver.

When transferring money to us by SWIFT the remitting bank should be requested to:

• Pay the funds to our appropriate correspondent bank, as mentioned below
• The swift code/BIC of our correspondent bank
• *IBAN or Account Number of our bank at the correspondent bank
• The Recipient Name and Surname,
• Account name of the recipient and the name of the related branch
